CDLE StartupはCDLEからAIスタートアップの起業・発展を促すためのプロジェクトです。AI・ディープラーニングの社会実装を実現するため、CDLEメンバーの中から新たなAI事業を創出するためのイベント、勉強会や交流するための機会を提供します。

CDLE Startup is a project to promote entrepreneurship and development of AI startups from CDLE. In order to implement AI / deep learning in the industry and society, we will provide events and opportunities to interact with CDLE members to create new AI businesses.

概要:
独自技術をコアにして起業するような場合は、まず自社の知的財産（IP）を特許権などにより保護しておくことが重要です。資金や設備を持たないスタートアップにとってはIPがほぼ唯一の資産であり、それが他社に容易に模倣されるような事態は避けなければなりません。今回の発表では、まず特許権とはどういった権利なのか、その価値、活用の仕方、権利化の実際について、簡単にご紹介する予定です。

Overview:
It is important to protect your intellectual property when starting a business with your own core technology. Intellectual property is almost the only asset for startups who do not hold their facilities or capital, and you should avoid intellectual property being taken by competitors. In this session, I will talk about what patent is, its values, how to use it, and how to obtain it.
